Opening in
2025, this Lindale restaurant is located next to the Mall, with its own outdoor entrance. The seating was plentiful, with booths, chairs,
and bar seating available. For an
attempt at 6pm on a Saturday night, it was dead; not many people were dining
in. By about 7pm, it picked up a bit, but
still, it made me wonder if this place would stick around past 12 months. The seating was clean, but the service was
inconsistent, since they had one waitress for half of the place.

Verdict
Sauce: Heavy on the sauce. This made most of the
pies sloppy and messy to eat.
Cheese: Average,
nothing to write home about.
Crust: We
chose the hand-tossed because it was made fresh; the thin crust was frozen,
so we skipped on that for this attempt.
Toppings: Unique
toppings with the JalapeƱo popper. A
decent distribution across the board.
Final
thoughts:
Sloppy pizza
with too much sauce. The pizza tasted good,
but the soggy texture wasn’t pleasing. The Jalapeno Popper was unique, and the
flavor profile is worth trying!
